Black Girl to Black Girl is a collection of twenty-two reflections I wrote over time—first for myself, then for the women who kept telling me, “I needed that today.”
 
Now they’re gathered here.
They’re not meant to be rushed through.
They’re meant to be returned to.
 
Organized in three movements—Put It Down. Remember. Receive.—this first edition is an invitation to release what no longer belongs to you, remember what you’ve always known, and make room for a life that feels better in your body.
