You Are Not Behind

If the world feels loud right now, you’re not imagining it.

Deadlines. Sales. Holiday pressure. Expectations.

Rest is not how you fall behind.

Rest is how you come back to yourself.

1. A 30-second pause.

Hand to chest.

“I am not behind.”

 

2. A holy “no.”

Choose one thing you refuse to chase this month.

 

3. A gentle exit.

End one task early. Leave a meeting quietly. Close the tab.

Your exhaustion is not a failure — it’s communication.
