You Don’t Have to Fix Your Life in January

Beloved,
As the year turns, you may feel the pull to reinvent yourself overnight.
Resolutions. Vision boards. Dramatic declarations.
But transformation is usually quiet.
Gradual.
Sustainable.
“For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning and rest you shall be saved.” — Isaiah 30:15, NRSV
You don’t have to fix your life in January to be worthy of the life you already have.
Three questions for crossing the threshold gently:
1. What rest practice from this year wants to come with me?
Honor what kept you alive.
2. Where did I abandon myself — and what did I learn?
No shame. Only truth.
3. What would it mean to treat my capacity as sacred in 2026?
Not “How much can I squeeze?” but
“How do I live aligned?”
Your Archetype offers a blueprint:
Anchors need support.
Phoenixes need recovery.
Seekers need clarity.
Space-Holders need boundaries.
Reclaimers need no’s that free them.
Dreamers need margin to protect their vision.
With radical rest + soft power,
Kristen Renee Ingram
