If rest feels hard, it’s not because you’re lazy— it’s because you were conditioned to believe faith only looks like doing.
But faith is not measured by hustle. Faith is a rhythm. A surrender. A sacred stillness.
The Scriptural Anchor
“In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” — Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)
Rest is not passive. It’s trust embodied. It’s faith in motion—even when you’re still.
This Week’s Practice
Step away from the noise.
Place one hand on your belly, one on your chest.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Let this be your rhythm: Inhale trust. Exhale striving.
Repeat three times.
Then write down what you’re laying down this week in your journal— or whisper it into your phone as a voice note.
This is your moment of alignment.
Mantra
My rest is my resistance. My rhythm is my revelation. My faith is in motion—even when I’m still.
