Faith to Rest

Rest isn’t a reward. It’s a requirement of your faith.
You weren’t made to hold everything, fix everything, or push through everything. That’s hustle theology—not sacred surrender.
But there’s a different way. A divine invitation to choose trust over tension.
The Divine Invitation
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 (NIV)
This is the Theology of Rest™—
Where softness becomes strength.
Where stillness becomes strategy.
Where surrender becomes sacred.
To rest is not to give up. It’s to give over.
To place your burdens in divine hands and remember: You were never meant to do this alone.
This Week’s Practice
Light a candle.
Place your hand on your heart.
Close your eyes and say softly: “I trust that I am held. I release what was never mine to carry.”
Then journal your reflections using the Rest & Reflect Journal, or simply whisper your thoughts into your Notes app. This is your moment of realignment.
Mantra
I am safe to slow down.
I am strong in my softness.
I rest because I trust.
