Rituals, Tools + Little Luxuries for a Rich + Rested Life
Because every hour can be holy when it’s lived in rhythm.
The Theology
Rest was the first act modeled by the Divine—not as escape, but as evidence of completion. When I design my days around rest, I’m aligning with that same rhythm of creation.
If you’ve been moving through your days in survival mode, let this be your invitation to breathe again. You don’t need a plane ticket or a sabbatical to start—just a willingness to slow down long enough to feel your own life.
Every pause is a prayer.
MORNING — Rise Softly
Before the world starts pulling, I begin by receiving.
Rituals
Hydrate + Pray: Warm water with lemon while whispering gratitude.
Morning Pages: Three unfiltered pages to clear mental clutter.
Movement: Gentle stretching or a slow walk—not for performance, for presence.
Tools + Little Luxuries
Glass Carafe by the Bed: Beauty makes hydration ritual.
Magnesium-Infused Tea or Green Juice: Mineral nourishment for cellular rest.
BGS “Rich & Rested Girlie” Playlist: A sonic sunrise for the spirit.
Aromatherapy Mist: My cue to inhale peace before emails.
Morning Mantra: “Today, I lead from stillness, not striving.”
Try this: Begin your mornings with the free Sabbatical Starter Kit—a guided rhythm for grounding body + spirit before the day begins.
MIDDAY — Pause + Reclaim
This is where most of us lose ourselves to noise. I’ve learned to reclaim the middle of the day as my personal sanctuary.
Rituals
Sacred Lunch: Eat without multitasking—chew, taste, receive.
Five-Minute Reset: Step outside, barefoot if possible. Let sunlight remind you of belonging.
Midday Meditation: 11-minute guided rest, phone on airplane mode.
Tools + Little Luxuries
Noise-Canceling Earbuds: Silence is luxury.
Desk Candle: Keeps work holy.
Essential Oil Roll-On: Instant nervous-system regulation.
The Rest & Reflect Journal: Where ideas meet intention.
Midday Mantra: “My worth isn’t measured in output; my power lives in alignment.”
Try this: Download the Rest Rituals Guide for more mini resets you can weave into even your busiest day.
EVENING — Return to Wholeness
Nighttime is my altar. It’s when I shed the day and remember that rest is sacred, not optional.
Rituals
Dry Brush + Shower: Physical + energetic release.
Magnesium Tea + Mouth Tape: Science meets spirituality.
Silk Sleep Mask: Darkness as sanctuary.
Binaural Waves Playlist: My nightly benediction.
Tools + Little Luxuries
Weighted Blanket: Grounding comfort.
Candle by the Bed: Firelight for reflection.
Dream Journal: Capture divine downloads before dawn.
Evening Mantra: “Rest is how I remember I’m free.”
Try this: Pair your nighttime flow with the Rest & Reflect Journal or your Rest Archetype Playlist to deepen your reflection.
The Invitation
Each ritual, tool, and tiny luxury is a doorway back to yourself.Let them remind you that peace is not something to earn—it’s something to embody.
So move slowly. Sip beautifully. Rest radically.Because the richest life is the most rested one.
May your mornings feel like peace, your afternoons flow like grace, and your nights cradle you in freedom.
With radical rest + soft power,
Kristen Renee Ingram
